Best Free Anti-Virus?

In order to get through our relatively short lives, all we need is peace and abundance. Before money or barter, everything was free to us all. However, by them turning us into slaves we need to work to get things. So what is still free to us?

Best Free Anti-Virus?

Post by Mike »

Best Free Anti-Virus?

I used to use AVG anti-virus about 10 years ago.
I found it was terrible to have on the PC so I changed to Avast.
The problem is nowadays Avast has a load of nagging messages.
I was just wondering if AVG is good now compared to what it was.

You can't have two anti-virus programs on the computer so I would like to know what other people are using before I try another.

Keep the bastards honest.

I have used Avast for as long as I remember without problems.
It does have a few nagware trying to sell you various other security things but I believe you can configure it not to.
I would stick with Avast because I know someone who has AVG but always moans on about how bad it is :headscratch:

The best free anti-virus has to be Avast.
I wouldn't change it.

I am with Avast free edition and have always been.
I don't find any slow down on the PC despite them packing it with pop up adverts.
