Wow, that is a little more detailed into what I already practice.
It will take a little while for me to read and digest all that.
I prefer things to be simple to be honest.

Even this bit expands what most people use "This Notice is drafted in eleven identical equally valid copies, ten for recipients and one for the sender.

I checked the site out and I was overloaded with information which I couldn't take in.
Things need to be less saturated in my opinion.
