I am a Person and a Man

The legal fiction, the human being, the person, also the strawman - what are the differences if any? Furthermore, we all live in a 'Society' don't we? So, what exactly are societies? Are you a member or did you even sign up to one?

I am a Person and a Man

Post by Zero »

I am a Person and a Man

I am both a human being (man) and a person.
As a human being I am free to do what I choose as long as I do not upset in any way another human being.
I am also a person like most dictionaries describe ie "a human being as distinguished from an animal or a thing".

Would I be wise in saying this?
Can anyone see any problems ahead for me by saying what I just did?
Discuss!

You are a human being made from flesh and blood.
You have a soul, you have limbs and can think for yourself so you are a human being.
You are also a person as we all understand the word person.
In the legal sense you have to be careful because although you are a person so are the utility companies and other companies that can make demands on you.

The courts recognise these companies as a person for legal purposes but these companies can't be jailed like you can.
Those companies can't even write their name, they have no soul and are heartless.
They have nothing to lose in court but you have everything to lose - even your freedom.
If you fight these companies in court you should guarantee to win any case with them if you play the game properly.
The judges and magistrates all have to honour their oath of office while doing business at court.

The judicial oaths are as follows:

Oath of allegiance
"I, _________ , do swear by Almighty God that I will be faithful and bear
true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, her heirs and
successors, according to law. "

Judicial oath
"I, _________ , do swear by Almighty God that I will well and truly serve
our Sovereign Lady Queen Elizabeth the Second in the office of ________ ,
and I will do right to all manner of people after the laws and usages of
this realm, without fear or favour, affection or ill will. "

Affirmation - Allegiance
"I, ____________ , do solemnly sincerely and truly declare and affirm that
I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth
the Second Her Heirs and Successors according to Law"

Affirmation - Judicial
I, ____________ , do solemnly sincerely and truly declare and affirm that
I will well and truly serve our Sovereign Lady Queen Elizabeth the Second
in the office of ____________ , and I will do right to all manner of
people after the laws and usages of this Realm without fear or favour
affection or ill will.

From the above oaths you will see that they will "do right by all manner of people".
Since the plural of person is persons and NOT people then they should come down in your favour because you come under the title of "people" while they don't. In this case it is people v person.

You must make sure the magistrates and judges will be acting under their oaths of office at the time of listening to you, considering the case and making an opinion or order. You do this by asking them outright.

Do not simply ask them if they have taken their oath of office because they will say yes. You need to ensure they will be acting under their oaths of office throughout your case as laid out in the paragraph above. Once they have confirmed they are acting under their oaths of office for your case against the person, which is a company, then you must win. If they do not honour their oaths of office in your case you will be guaranteed to lose because they will come down on the side of the company. Keep them honest by ensuring they are acting under their oath.

A human being v another human being is a different matter but it is still a person v a person which may require judgement and an opinion.

I am most certainly a man.
Where do the women fit in with all of this though?
Is it man or mankind which I think covers both men and women.
