Speeding fines on the rise in the UK

In April 2017 speeding fines will be going up.
At this time you can be fined for speeding at 100% of your income.
However, after April they will slap up to 150% of your income as a fine.
Speeding will now hit you in the pocket in a much bigger way than before.
Speeding is wrong but they shouldn't have us driving 20mph past schools at 2am in the morning.
Certain roads have the wrong speed limits and they know it.
They just want to hit you in the pocket.

We all know they will be making more money for themselves by doing this.

My electric milk van won't do more that 20mph
This is unlikely to get me a ticket.
But they couldn't catch my scooby

Some roads are 20mph here past the schools, since when do the roads around schools get dangerous in the early hours?

I have wondered this for a while but I guess if you have a copper following in a 20mph zone on a quiet night they will want you to speed up and do you.
