Teenager mowed down by BMW car driver

This is a shocking CCTV video which shows a BMW car plough into two pedestrians.
A 17 year old girl was mowed down in what looks like a deliberate hit and run incident.
The mother was untouched.
West Midlands Police are looking into the matter and have appealed to the public for help.
To me, this looks as if it was premeditated rather than the driver simply losing control.
The police will catch the attacker without doubt, and very soon.
Hopefully, the driver will own up and possibly save a year or two on what looks like a guaranteed prison sentence.
