A potential terrorist act has been foiled by police in London.
The have arrested a man in his late 20's.
The arrested man is of an Asian appearance with a beard.
Police have detained him under the Terrorist Act and is in a South London police station.
He was arrested and found to have knives in his backpack.
Images on the television show the police combing the area.
Westminster has large parts cordoned off.

There are some ISIS sympathisers or plants that have infiltrated Christian societies. They are slowly being activated with the aim of causing chaos and disruption.
