Return to Sender - No Joinder - No Contract

When you get a notice for anything its not a bill and you do not need to pay.
It could well be that by replying to these notices you are unwittingly entering a contract - this is joinder.
You can easily ignore the notices or just return them to the sender.
Notices, in law, are not bills and so you don't have to pay.
They are an "offer" of a contract.
If you are returning the notices back to the sender than watch this video.

Good information but the video drags on and on.
Why on earth did they make a video with heavy traffic noise in the background
Come on, nice information but they need to tune up their video making skills.

Why can't we just rip the letter up unopened and throw it in the bin?

This way you are letting them now that you do not want to contract with them and stay in honour.

By not replying through the post am I not in honour?
I think this might be the case where a human interacts with a human but not when they send a letter.
I might be wrong!

I have no time to return anything to the sender.
Bin everything is my way and I have had no problems of joinder

My policy always has been to bin everything!
