Man Sends Bailiffs To Ryanair For Refund
Here is a good success story where a passenger claims to have been bullied into paying more money to a company then went to court and won.
Lucas Marshall couldn't print off his family's boarding pass and Ryanair insisted he paid again.
Ryanair would have had all the details of his payment to the company and should have allowed him to travel.
He paid £610 by card with minutes to spare so his family could get home.
When he got back he complained to Ryanair who never responded to him.
Marshall took them to court and won when the firm never even responded to court notices
Bailiffs were called in and they took a cheque on Marshall's behalf.
Marshall says "You can’t picture the bailiffs going in – I would have loved to have been there."
So would many other people Mr. Marshall
Public 1-0 company.
