Bailiff Recording Public But Objects To Being Filmed Himself
In this video we see a bailiff turning up at someone's home and tells the occupants he is filming them.
Fair enough, that's allowed in a public place.
However, later on he objects to being filmed himself.
Talk about being hypocritical!
The bailiff,Anthony Smith from Phoenix, turns up to sort out some problem regarding a parking fine from the council.
The council and the bailiff firm clearly thinks they would like to spend a lot of time and money collecting such a small amount of money.
The occupiers are standing firm and want to see proof of a debt or if the fine is legally enforceable.
We should not be afraid of corporate bullying.
It is not known at this time if the fine has been paid or been written off.
