What Exactly Is Free?

I notice the title of this forum is "everything is free", please state what is free that is relevant to the whole website as a whole.
Am I missing something here as I would like to go and get these "free" things

I think you just need to take it if you think it is free. If it isn't free you will soon know about it

What is free for sure is what nature provided to allow you to survive.
Selling you water, for example, would appear wrong.
If you don't pay for it and live in the UK they can't cut your water supply off.
I would imagine they will try their best to come after you in the courts for "their" money though.
How you would deal with that is another matter and may cost you a bit more!

Funnily enough Milkman, when I was young milk was free.
I would find bottles in every street I went in just lying around ;)

Nothing is really free but if nobody owns it and you can use it, just take it for yourself.
That way it could be said to be free.

Free is something that you can take without having to either pay for it or promise to use your energy in exchange for it.
Go back hundreds of years when you could forage for food.
You do spend a bit energy looking for your food and some energy to gather it and take it home but essentially it was free for you.
With the above in mind, everything is free if you can take it while it does not belong to others.
Water is free - it has to be.
