Project Apollo Archive - Now Online

Project Apollo Archive - Now Online

Many people don't believe that man landed on the moon.
Many people think about the conspiracy theories that seem to show that the Americans couldn't have been to the moon.
Whatever you think about the space missions in the 60's and 70's there are about 12,000 never before seen images of those missions.
NASA have teamed up with the Project Apollo Archive people and all these high definition pictures are available on one website - flickr.
Make your own mind up whether these images are real or fake.

Stunning pictures!
Yes I really believe that there were moon landings and that humans have walked on the Moon.
I think a total of twelve people have actually walked on the Moon.
I am not convinced by the conspiracy theorists on this one.
Humans have been to the Moon and we should be happy to know that we have had the technology all this time to do it.
In fact, many nations could actually do this now but there is no point.
It would be a very expensive exercise with hardly any return apart from prestige.
The next step is Mars.
With the likes of China and India becoming involved in space travel it wouldn't surprise me that a mission to Mars will be as a joint venture with these countries and America and Russia of course. Europe would play its part with the UK, France and Germany all contributing.

Bookmarked for later.
Good images and so sharp.
It really is amazing how they have not released these pictures until now.

The Americans never landed on the Moon in the sixties.
It was all staged.

Come on, there is no way the moon landings were done in some Hollywood type movie studio.
Humans did achieve this in 1969 and went again and again.
There is nothing to go there for now except perhaps build a base there.
In the future it will happen.
First we have to stop piling money into killing people on Earth with all these unlawful and illegal wars.

The BBC has some interesting stuff about the fake moon landings and the conspiracy theories surrounding it.

I must admit that there are some cool images from this project, whatever I am looking at it seems to tie in with what I have visualised about the moon landings. I remember the Apollo missions clearly by the way. If they existed in the first place :D

There's far too much information to suggest that the Yanks did go to the Moon.
I believe they did.
I don't believe that it was staged.
It would be a pretty expensive and pointless exercise now but any small, moderately affluent country could land on the Moon nowadays.
I like looking at the conspiracy theories at the same time as the conspiracists have some valid points. In general, however, I want to believe in the lunar landings from the late sixties and early seventies.
The Project Apollo Archive is an absolute God send.
There are some amazing images and you could spend forever looking at them.
Well done to those who made this project possible.
Keep the bastards honest.
