That's an interesting video but until everything is sorted I will just pay my bills as and when they come in thanks.

When they started building nuclear power stations decades ago they said that we would have cheaper bills.

That's true.
They said that it would be so cheap that collecting money from the bills would cost more than the bill itself.
How wrong they were!
